Description
Our two-story family house is located on the south shore in Siófok, 150 m from Lake Balaton and 500 m from the center, on Batthyány Lajos Street. There is a beautiful environment, quiet location. The house has a garden, surrounded by hundred-year-old plane trees. In the yard there is a possibility to grill and garden furniture. Parking in the yard. Free WiFi internet, ping-pong table. Dogs allowed on request, for a fee. Bed linen provided, towels not. The house has 3 independent air-conditioned apartments. The house can be rented together or separately. The owner lives here completely separately.
FAMILY APARTMENT "A":
Located on the ground floor, the apartment is 100 sqm, max. for 6 (6-7) persons.
The apartment consists of: 1x3-bed and 1x2-bed room, a small half-room (6 sqm), 1 living room (with sofa bed),
1 bathroom with bathtub, a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, etc.),
terrace with garden furniture and wifi internet access. There is air conditioning. FAMILY APARTMENT "B" AND "C": On the upper floor of our family house there is a studio apartment, max. for 5 people. There are 2 smaller apartments here, which can be rented together or separately. There is 1 large shared kitchen and a small kitchenette. There is air conditioning in the apartments.
Apartment "B" consists of: 1 double bedroom, an anteroom with television and extra beds, and a bathroom with bathtub. The 2 rooms are in an open space, as there is no door between the rooms. Own refrigerator and microwave.
The apartment "C" consists of: 1x double room, dining room, bathroom with shower, small balcony. Kitchenette, own refrigerator and microwave.
This is ideal for 2 people.
In the garden there is a covered garden bench, garden furniture, and grill available. Parking in the yard. Free wifi internet, cable TV, safe, fan. Air conditioning

Very nice and cozy accommodation at a great price/performance ratio.
Was already in the accommodation for the 2nd time and can only recommend it further. It is very clean, cozy, and very well equipped. The garden is very beautiful and well-maintained, and the house is located on a nice street with large shady trees. Nearby, there is a beach, several shopping options, and restaurants. The train station, harbor, and city center are also easily reachable on foot. The landlord, Mr. Cserno, is always very friendly and helpful. The booking was done very quickly and easily. There are several accommodations in the house that are suitable for families, couples, and individuals. Parking options are also available. Highly recommended!

Holiday Hungary Siófok
We had a wonderful stay. We can highly recommend all 3 apartments. Everything was very clean, tidy, and lovingly furnished. The property is also beautifully large and well-maintained. The location in Siofok is great, very short distances to the beach and still quiet. Mr. Cserno was very attentive to our concerns, and we would be happy to come back.

Mr. Cserno's apartments are beautifully furnished with a terrace and above all very clean. There is a beautiful large garden with large trees and a nice barbecue area. The price-performance ratio is also very good. The landlord also speaks very good German, is very friendly and helpful. The house is located in a very nice residential area with large trees that provide cooling on hot days (similar to an avenue). The walking distance to the train station and city center is about 20 minutes, about 15 to 20 minutes to the harbor, and 10 minutes to the nearest beach.
Overall, I can highly recommend this house/vacation rental.

Hungary, super beautiful
First time in Hungary and super surprised.
The communication with Mr. Cserno was excellent. He gave lots of tips on what to see and
and he was always available if you had any other questions. Even my pets were accepted. The flats were in top condition. Very spacious, spotless. The location of the house is really close to Lake Balaton. We felt very comfortable there.
Gladly again.

Everything great, clean, friendly, beautiful
The flat has a beautiful location, Lake Balaton can be reached in a few minutes on foot, as well as the beach promenade and the centre.
The accommodation is clean and equipped with all the necessary facilities.
Mr Bela Cserno lives on the property, but separately. He is very friendly, obliging and helpful.
We can only recommend this accommodation, are more than satisfied and will gladly come again.
