New independent terraced house located in the outskirts of the idyllic small fishing village CALASETTA (approx. 3,000 inhabitants) on the "Sant Antioco" peninsula in the southwest of SARDINIA. The house features a small furnished garden area with a barbecue fireplace and is just a few minutes' walk from the white sand beach "Sotto Torre" and also a short walk from the center of CALASETTA, making everything easily accessible on foot. Living area of about 80 square meters accommodates up to 6 people. 85 sqm spread over 2 levels, accommodating a maximum of 4 people + 1 toddler:
Ground floor: 1 living/dining room with integrated kitchen - 1 bathroom with shower/WC/bidet.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed - 1 additional bathroom with shower/WC/bidet. Other very nice sandy beaches such as "Le Saline" and "Spiaggia grande" are nearby. You can also visit the rocky cliffs of "Nido dei passeri" or "Mangia barche". Excursions by boat to the nearby island of SAN PIETRO "Carloforte" from the port CALASETTA (journey time about 30 minutes) are offered every hour.
Shopping and service facilities, bars and restaurants are available directly in the town of CALASETTA - or in the town SANT`ANTIOCO, 10 km away.
The capital CAGLIARI with airport is about an hour drive away. Arrival from OLBIA about hours and from ALGHERO about 2 hours. The small idyllic fishing village CALASETTA (about 3,000 Ew.) Is located directly on the sea in the south-west of SARDINIA on the peninsula "Sant Antioco".
