Very nice and tasteful separate apartment in a large villa directly on the beach and sea of "Sotto Torre" in the small and idyllic fishing village of CALASETTA (approx. 3000 Ew.). The apartment offers with its extraordinary roof terrace a breathtaking view of the beach and the turquoise sea. The apartment of approx. 80 square meters consists of a large, air-conditioned living area with relaxation zone with flat screen TV and couch - dining area with exit to the terrace and adjacent kitchen area constructed as a peninsula. This apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people. The best thing about this holiday apartment is that you can only go to the beach with your swimwear on, which is practically on your doorstep.
