In our 75 sqm holiday home, a modern furnished living room with satellite TV and radio with corresponding excursion tips and reading awaits you. After a beautiful day, you will enjoy relaxing in our bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, while your children may already dream deeply in their own colourfully designed room with two beds and wardrobe, table and seating.
Information or event tips can be found conveniently via your internet connection( line) via WLAN.
In the separate kitchen with dining table, you can expect all the comforts of a modern and friendly kitchen. The new bathroom with WC and shower will also brighten up the start of your new holiday.
We are pleased that you observe the non-smoking ban within our house. Thank you very much for this.
Directly at the house is a wind-protected lawn with barbecue, garden furniture and parasol, as well as the parking space for your car. Should you wish to bring your own bicycles, we have a secure storage facility in our barn ready for you. Otherwise, you are welcome to make use of our bicycle rental service.

Lübstorf
A very good shopping opportunity with a large brand discount store with a wide range of products is available directly in the village. In addition to a post office, Lübstorf also has its own railway station (approx. 900 m from the holiday home), as well as the possibility of using our bus line directly to the city of Schwerin. And if, contrary to expectations, you should need medical help, you can get it quickly from our pharmacy, dentist and a super doctor's practice on site.
Wiligrad Castle with its park and a café in the castle garden, a hotel restaurant and swimming possibilities at Lake Schwerin invite you to relax.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 7 days before the arrival date.
You will receive the booking amount minus a cancellation fee of 25% of the travel price for cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip, 50% of the travel price for cancellations up to 2 weeks, and 75% of the travel price for cancellations from 2 weeks before the start of the trip. For cancellations up to 1 week or later before the start of the trip, the entire travel price is due. We are happy to offer you an individual solution to book at a different time or similar. Cancellations that are due to government-imposed travel restrictions (risk areas, development of incidence rates) are of course accepted without cancellation fees, for the safety of our guests.

The gas consumption is charged at 0.70 Euro/m³ at cost price.
The costs for electricity, water, bed linen and tea towels etc. are already included in the rental price.
You are welcome to bring your own towels or get them on site. The set (1 large towel + large shower towel each) is available for 3.50/person.
A washing machine is available. If you rent for a longer period, the bed linen will be changed as a matter of course.
Additional blankets or pillows, if you like also in 80x40 (instead of the "big" 80x80, depending on your sleeping habits) are available. Irons and other electrical appliances are of course standard.

Top accommodation
The holiday home can be recommended without any restrictions. We were there with our 8-year-old grandson and felt very comfortable. The Kremer family is very helpful and always has a good tip ready. Cleanliness and equipment leave nothing to be desired, as does the location.
