Villa Primis is a fully air-conditioned holiday home in Tugare, a quiet village in the hinterland of Omiš. Surrounded by Mediterranean nature and situated above the local road, it offers a peaceful environment, while beaches, restaurants, shops, and local activities are easily accessible by car in a short time.
The sandy beaches of Duće and Omiš are 8 km from the villa. Restaurants and supermarkets are also 8 km away. The restaurant Palacio is 2 km away, a local mini-market and a bar are each 1 km away. Omiš is about 8 km from the accommodation. A car is strongly recommended.
The villa offers 220 m2 of usable interior space on two floors and stands on a 600 m2 private plot with video surveillance. Private parking for up to 6 cars is available.
Outdoor area
The private pool measures 8.5 m × 3.5 m and is about 30 m2 in size. It features an electrolysis filter system, described as health-promoting, as well as hydromassage for relaxation.
The sun terrace is equipped with 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols. A covered outdoor dining area has a grill for cooking with wood or charcoal and has direct access to the kitchen and living area. There is also a separate outdoor toilet, an outdoor shower, and a table tennis table outside for some fun.
Living area and kitchen
The ground floor at pool level offers a fully air-conditioned open-plan living and dining area with 68 m2, whose sliding doors lead to the pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso capsule coffee machine as well as a kitchen island. The dining table seats 8 people, and the living area features sofas and a smart flat-screen TV as well as a PlayStation 5. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
Bedroom layout
All four bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a king-size bed measuring 180 × 200 cm.
Ground floor — Bedroom 4: This 14 m2 bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, and views of the surrounding nature. Directly next to the bedroom is a 5 m2 family bathroom with shower.
Upper floor — Master bedroom: The 15.7 m2 master bedroom features a king-size bed and a TV as well as a 6 m2 en suite bathroom with shower. It also leads to a 22.6 m2 terrace overlooking the pool and the neighborhood.
Upper floor — Bedroom 2: This 13.8 m2 bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, and its own 22.6 m2 terrace.
Upper floor — Bedroom 3: This 13.8 m2 bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, and its own 22.6 m2 terrace.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a 5.6 m2 family bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is also a utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing facilities.
Support from your hosts
Upon arrival, your hosts can provide useful information about excursions and recommend restaurants. They can also advise on boat rentals and organize a trip to the Adriatic islands of Brač or Hvar. Dinner can be ordered, and a body massage in the villa can be booked.

Location and surroundings of object
The Omiš region and the Cetina River offer a wide range of outdoor activities, including ziplining over the Cetina Gorge, white-water rafting, climbing, paragliding, canoeing, and cycling. These activities are located about 8 km from the villa.
Omiš is about 8 km away. Attractions include the old Croatian church Sveti Petar (St. Peter), the small alleys of the old town, and the Mirabela Fortress with views of Omiš and the Cetina River. The town also offers restaurants, bars, an open-air market with fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as sandy and pebbly beaches with clear water. It is about a 10-minute drive from the accommodation.
The historic city of Split is about 18 km away, which is around a 25-minute drive to the center. There you will find numerous restaurants and interesting sights, as well as a lively atmosphere during the day and in the evening.
