* Outdoor offers: A private, heated 34 sqm infinity swimming pool with hydromassage and fully automated salt electrolysis system, Jacuzzi, and Suana. The sun deck area with 12 deck chairs, a covered terrace with a comfortable outdoor dining area, and a traditional barbecue next to it. There is lounge furniture next to the pool and two Garden Egg chairs. From the outdoors, you have amazing and open landscape views of the natural surroundings and you can even see the Adriatic sea. The privacy is secured and the sun deck area is not overlooked. Behind the house, there is an artificial grass plot with table tennis and a badminton set.
* The ground floor offers a fully air-conditioned, stylish, and spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a chaise longue for relaxing or reading your favorite book, a flat-screen TV, glass walls toward the pool area, and a Media Room with a play console PS4 next to it. A fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for a very comfortable stay and to show your culinary skills (a wine cooler, microwave oven, a kettle, a filter coffee maker....), a dining area for 10 people with glass walls and exit to the pool and outdoor dining area; There is also a Bedroom NO1 with king-size bed 180 x 200, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower and a bathtub, exit to the terrace next to the pool; A separate family toilet with a washing machine.

Location and surroundings of object
The area of Omiš and Cetina river gorge offers many sports possibilities. You can try zip-line above Cetina river canyon, white water rafting, free climbing, paragliding, canoeing, cycling, and much more (7km from the villa).
Omis is approx. 7 km from the property and has much to offer. The old Croatian church Sveti Petar (St. Peter) is of cultural importance, the old part of Omiš offers cute, small streets to walk through and visit a Mirabela fortress with amazing views on Omiš and Cetina river. A lot of great restaurants, bars, open market with fresh fruit and vegetables, best sandy and pebble beaches with very clear sea and all just 10 min drive from the property.
Famous town Split is 18 km or 25 min drive to the center and also is of cultural importance, with a lot of restaurants, interesting places to visit, very alive during the day also evening, so this is the must-see place!
Upon arrival, your hosts will give you much useful information about places to visit, recommended restaurants, possibilities to rent a boat and have your unforgettable Adriatic adventure visiting island Brač or Hvar, the possibility to order dinner, to book a body massage in a villa.
