The living, sleeping, and retreat areas are generously distributed over three floors. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms or sleeping areas, a bathroom, an entrance hall, a playroom with foosball table, PS4 game console, and dartboard, as well as a bright winter garden. This sheltered room extends the house with a special lounge area overlooking greenery – ideal for quiet mornings, conversations, or peaceful moments.

On the upper floor lies the communicative center of the house: a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with plenty of room for cooking together, eating, and spending time together. Three further sleeping areas and a bathroom offer enough flexibility for groups, families, retreats, or seminars.

In the attic there is another bedroom and a bathroom.

The fenced, large garden offers peaceful play opportunities for your children.

Directly at the house stands an old, imposing oak tree, which gives the property a special atmosphere. The gentle slope, the surrounding meadows, and the view of the Black Forest landscape create a natural setting for relaxation, activity, and shared experiences outdoors.
The surroundings invite you to take walks, hikes on the trails that start right outside the front door, nature experiences, and excursions in the Black Forest.
A visit to the neighbor’s wine shop is also worthwhile.
