The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 2010, was renovated in 2025, and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a holiday home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the lake and its quiet, sunny hillside location on the edge of the forest. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, children’s playground, swing, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire area.

Lipno nad Vltavou, 800 m a.s.l. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot of 1800 sqm with lawn and shrubs, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property.

Central heating (gas), underfloor heating. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board and washing machine. TV reception via antenna, satellite. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.

Living room (34 sqm, connecting room) with seating area, TV, DVD player, dining area (6 seats), access to the terrace (10 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs) and Velký obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem, barem a kuchyňským stolem. Bedroom (19 sqm) with 1 double bed (queen size), 2 extra beds (only suitable for children), 1 cot and an additional bunk bed is available as an extra bed. Kitchen (5 sqm) with TV, electric cooker (induction hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (5 sqm) with bathtub, washing machine, shower and 1 washbasin. Separate WC (3 sqm) with 1 washbasin and WC.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
The landlord does not accept bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
