The holiday flat is located in a detached house built in 1964, was renovated in 2014 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. The following are available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Siófok. The holiday apartment is located on a 718 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in a separate building on the property. The holiday properties BAL SIO 018 (4 persons) and BAL SIO 039 (14 persons) are also located in the same building. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
