In a unique location in Bergen aan Zee, hidden among the greenery of the dunes, you will find the completely renovated holiday villa Topduin. Thanks to its location, you can walk to the beach via the Patijnweg in just a few minutes. A wonderful place for a relaxing stay with family or friends.
**Comfortably enjoying together**
At the heart of the villa is the spacious and atmospheric living room. Through the two large sliding doors, indoors and outdoors are effortlessly connected. The comfortable seating area, television and SONOS sound system make it a pleasant place to relax together.
At the generous dining table you can enjoy extensive breakfasts or dinners. The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the space and amenities to cook for yourself during your stay.
**Five bedrooms and three bathrooms**
Topduin has five bedrooms, spread over two floors.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed. This room has its own shower and toilet and is therefore particularly suitable for guests who prefer not to use stairs or have limited mobility.
On the first floor there are three more spacious bedrooms:
* A bedroom with a double bed
* A bedroom with a wide bunk bed
* A bedroom with a small double bed
The spacious bathroom on this floor has a bathtub, a separate shower and two sinks. There is also a separate toilet.
On the ground floor, the villa also has a guest toilet, a storage room and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
And then the showpiece of the villa! The master bedroom, this beautiful space has been completely renovated and here you experience all luxury and privacy.
The beautiful bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, sink and a spacious sauna. The bedroom is spacious and offers a view all the way to the beach and its horizon. Then, on the side of the master bedroom, there is also a lovely sitting area, where you can perfectly wake up in the morning with your face in the sun.

Bergen aan Zee is an atmospheric seaside resort on the North Holland coast, beautifully situated between the sea and expansive dunes. Here, everything revolves around peace, nature, and the true holiday feeling. From long days on the beach to walks through the dunes: Bergen aan Zee is a wonderful destination in every season.
The wide sandy beach is of course the main attraction. In summer you can sunbathe, swim, and enjoy yourself at one of the cozy beach pavilions. Even in autumn and winter, the beach is the perfect place to get some fresh air and then warm up with a snack or drink.
Directly behind the village begins the beautiful dune area. Put on your hiking boots or get on your bike and discover the many routes through forests, dunes, and open nature. Along the way, you can enjoy peace, space, and beautiful views.
A fun sight is the Zee Aquarium Bergen aan Zee, where you can get to know special fish and other sea animals. For more shops, restaurants, and cozy terraces, the artists’ village Bergen is a short distance away.
