This luxurious 100-square-meter detached stone villa offers a spacious retreat inspired by regional Veluwe details. The modern living room features a comfortable sitting area with a television and opens through folding doors onto a large furnished terrace and surrounding garden. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle. The accommodation includes four bedrooms—one downstairs and three upstairs, all furnished with single box-spring beds—alongside two bathrooms with walk-in showers and a separate toilet. Free Wi-Fi and parking near the house are provided.

Tucked away in the heart of the Veluwe, the scenic holiday park features little bridges, landscaped gardens, a lake, an indoor swimming pool, a cozy restaurant, and various play facilities. Guests can walk straight from the grounds onto the nearby heathland or explore the nearby national park and museum. Local highlights include the picturesque village of Otterlo, local zoos, historic palaces, and exciting e-chopper adventures through the surrounding forest.

EuroParcs may require a security deposit before arrival for guests staying in a holiday home. After departure, the accommodation will be inspected, and the deposit will be refunded within approximately three weeks if no damages, missing items, or disturbances are identified. Additional charges may apply where necessary. Guests are kindly requested to follow property rules and respect fellow guests to help ensure a smooth refund process. Please note that a higher deposit may be required during major events and festivals.

Air conditioning can only be booked as a optional, but not all types have the option to book it. The swimming pool is always shared and is not located at the property but on the holiday park.

The cottage was really fine where we were ..... I'm really not a whiner but still some small points that you may be able to do something with. 1. There was a really dirty toilet brush and holder in the toilet, it was also a cheap thing and that's okay to put a "clean" one for those few cents. 2. There was only 1 large pan. No knives to cut and peel, no opener.3. Sleeping place was a kind of box bed. Fun for kids but none of us wanted to go in, we had to toss for it 🙈.4. There could be a wasp's nest in the master bedroom upstairs.5. We also missed a smart TV. (looking at the top2000 was unfortunately a no go). Google Chrome in it is already a good solution. It goes without saying that a new TV is not necessary ;).
