"Casa Marica" is situated on a small hill approximately 2 km from the lake, the beautiful lakeside promenade with its boat dock, and the town of Porto Valtravaglia with its shops and restaurants. It enjoys a peaceful and sunny location. The lake and town center are about a 10-minute walk away via a small path. Every Tuesday, a small, typical Italian market is held along the lakeside promenade in Porto Valtravaglia, and every Wednesday, a much larger market takes place in the neighboring town of Luino.

Thanks to the convenient access to the passenger ferry service, you can easily explore the lake by boat. The surrounding countryside also offers a variety of destinations for excursions on foot, by mountain bike, or by car. This tastefully furnished, approximately 55 m² two-room apartment is located on the first and top floor of the building and features a covered sun balcony as well as access to an approximately 80 m² shared garden with a lovely patio and barbecue.
