Holiday home on Lake Maggiore: Ticino-style rustic house with panoramic lake views in a prime location! This private guesthouse/rustico, built in the beautiful and high-quality Ticino style, is situated on a stunning hillside in Brione sopra Minusio, one of the most exclusive residential areas in Ticino.

The 4.5-room accommodation spans three levels, comprising the following areas:

1. Garden level with an open-plan living room and kitchen including a dining area, as well as an outdoor pergola with sun loungers, a dining table, and a Weber grill.

2. Sleeping area above, connected to the living room by a staircase, with a large 2x2m double bed, a bathroom with WC, and a private dressing room with a safe.

3. Upper floor, accessible via an external staircase (street level), with a cozy reading area and desk, an optional sofa bed that sleeps up to two people, and a balcony with views extending to the Brissago Islands. (Important note: This floor has no bathroom/toilet; guests staying there must use the external stairs to reach the sleeping area below.)

Pool:

In summer, guests also have exclusive use of the beautiful pool on the (vacant) neighboring property. The pool offers breathtaking panoramic views and features an elegant Ticino stone floor.
