Welcome to our detached single-family house in Geisenheim-Stephanshausen, the ideal retreat for unforgettable family gatherings, music rehearsal weeks, groups of friends, smaller seminars, or creative workshops for up to 11 people.
The heart of the house is the light-filled, 60 sqm lounge in a cozy L-shape. Equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, a comfortable tiled stove, a quality Ibach piano, and Wi-Fi, this area offers maximum flexibility for shared moments, musical experiences, or productive workshop phases. The adjoining conservatory and spacious terrace lead directly into the garden—perfect for relaxing in the greenery.
The layout at a glance: four cozy bedrooms spread over two floors (ground floor and basement), flexibly arranged as two double rooms, one triple room, and one four-bed room, three separate bathrooms with daylight in well-kept retro charm, as well as two fully equipped kitchens, providing both communal space and opportunities for privacy. The youngest guests are also considered. 1–2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available.
Your car parks safely on the private driveway. The house is strictly non-smoking and offers a particularly allergy-friendly environment. Tradespeople are also very welcome. Whether you are planning a longer stay or just a weekend—you will find a stylish home here that leaves nothing to be desired.
From the state-recognized resort of Stephanshausen (365m above sea level), you can hike directly into the Rheingau mountains; the famous Rheinhöhenweg also crosses nearby. By car, you are just minutes away from the famous wine villages, or from castles and palaces. Discover the beauty of the Rheingau and feel completely at home!

In the cultural landscape of the Rheingau, where the vineyards end and the rich mixed forest of the Rhein-Taunus Nature Park begins, lies the officially recognized resort of Stephanshausen (365 m above sea level), nestled in a hilly landscape, only 9 km from Rüdesheim/Rhine, the Niederwald Monument, and the famous “Drosselgasse.”
In Stephanshausen itself, you can dine in two restaurants. The village offers much relaxation through its tranquility and healthy climate.
A wide network of interesting hiking trails with magnificent views over the Rhine Valley can be reached on foot directly from the house, such as the famous Rheinhöhenweg. The newly established hiking trail “Rheinsteig” (with a total length of 320 km) also passes within 3 km of the village.
In the romantic lanes of the surrounding villages, there are numerous wine taverns and wineries inviting you to enjoy the famous wine and other specialties of the winemakers.
With the internationally renowned Rheingau Music Festival, art, music, and hospitality unite every year in perfect harmony.
Schloss Johannisberg, where many events take place, is only 3 km from the holiday home.
You can also attend numerous other events in the Rheingau, such as the Rheingau Literature Festival, Burghofspiele, the Gourmet and Wine Festival, the Schlemmerwochen, and much more.
Majestic castles and palaces, historic churches and monasteries, the famous Loreley, sun-drenched vineyards that are the origin of some of Germany’s best wines, and in between, the picturesque Rhine...:
All this offers a “Rhine Romanticism” that attracts many thousands of visitors from all over the world every year.
In June 2002, the Upper Middle Rhine Valley was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is considered the epitome of the romantic Rhine landscape.
Even Heinrich von Kleist described this charming landscape as a “region like a poet’s dream...”
Besides hiking, you can also pursue other sports activities such as mountain biking, horseback riding, playing tennis, boule, and there is an ice stock lane and a soccer field in the immediate vicinity, as well as a bowling alley.
A glider airfield is about 5 km away.
A swimming pool is 9 km away.
There is also much on offer in the area for younger guests. They can enjoy themselves at the pony farm just 5 km away, be taken to the fairytale paradise of Taunus Wunderland, experience a wave pool, or visit the Rambazamba children’s play paradise (about 30 km away)...
With the hot thermal springs of Wiesbaden, Bad Schwalbach, and Schlangenbad, you can do something good for your health and regenerate.
