CASA A SUD is a charming, detached, two-story stone cottage (approx. 50 m²) ideal for 2-3 people. The ground floor comprises a kitchen and living area (with a sofa bed for a third person). Upstairs, you'll find a lovely, open-plan sleeping area with a double bed and a lockable bathroom.

The private terrace with sun loungers and a dining area is particularly appealing – perfect for starting and ending your day in peace and quiet, with views of the Piedmontese vineyards. The cottage is also conveniently located near the small piazza of the Cascina Grassi estate. The swimming pool is available for all guests. Ideal for relaxing days surrounded by nature.
