New, comfortable holiday home in Istria for up to eight people with 145 m² of living space:

This modern holiday home offers a cozy living and dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace with a private pool (over 20 m²). There are three bedrooms and a large sofa that can be used as a sofa bed if needed.

The two modern bathrooms feature walk-in showers, toilets, and windows; there is also a separate toilet. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and all essential utensils. The entire house is air-conditioned.

Additional amenities include parking, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, and a vacuum cleaner. The private pool, sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower ensure perfect relaxation at House Albina.

Houses Albina and Cecilia can be rented together for exclusive use by up to 16–17 people upon request – ideal for larger families or groups.
