The estate has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 twin beds) and 2 bathrooms with showers. One bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor, the rest are upstairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

This beautiful finca boasts a 5x10 meter swimming pool for cooling off on hot summer days, a barbecue, and a wonderful, well-maintained garden.

IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are handled via instant messaging outside of the platform.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday rentals are required to pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not collect this tax; in this case, you will receive a separate message regarding payment.

- Electricity included (3 kW/day per person)
