Belvedere ONE: Here, the name "Beautiful View" truly reflects the experience! The former hotel of the same name was renovated a few years ago and divided into several apartments. The views of the Cannero Castles, the Rocca di Caldé, and the lake, stretching to the Western Swiss Alps, are simply spectacular. In a sunny location, you can enjoy the magnificent scenery from both the 3.5-room maisonette apartment and the sunbathing areas with outdoor showers. A perfect sunset from the pool (10 m x 8 m, weather permitting, open from approximately mid-May to early October) is almost too perfect to be true. From the parking level, you can reach the pool area below via about 10 steps, as well as the main entrance and the elevator to your apartment on the first floor. Since the approximately 88 m² of living space is spread over two levels, there is another direct entrance on the upper level. The tastefully modern furnishings, combined with the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living/dining area, transform "Belvedere ONE" into a kind of elevated retreat overlooking the lake, offering a view you'll never tire of.
