On the ground floor, to the right of the entrance, is the staircase leading to the second floor. To the left is the first bedroom, and opposite is a bathroom. The open-plan dining area includes a fully equipped living room, and the kitchen is also state-of-the-art. There is another dining area with a barbecue. On the first floor, there are two further bathrooms and three bedrooms. From the balcony, you can enjoy fantastic views of the Mallorcan countryside. The house has air conditioning and central heating.

Outside, the house boasts a large garden with a spacious swimming pool, a bathroom, and a barbecue. The property offers a charming space where family and friends can create unforgettable memories.
