This beautiful and cozy house consists of a ground floor and an attic.

On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen and living room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

The second room for a third guest is located in the attic.

A lovely outdoor area with a terrace, barbecue, pool, and comfortable garden furniture allows you to enjoy Mallorca's characteristically good weather.

There is air conditioning in the kitchen and living room.

The house is powered by solar panels.

Perfect location for exploring every corner of the island.

IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are handled via instant messaging outside of the platform.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in vacation rentals are required to pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not collect this tax; in this case, you will receive a separate message regarding payment.

- Electricity included (3 kWh/day per person)
