The villa complex consists of the main house with a large living room, a kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, as well as a separate apartment with a smaller living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In total, there is accommodation for up to 10 guests.

The villa is perfectly located—well-insulated yet close enough to the town and all its amenities.
