The property is located directly on the so-called "Kirchsee" (church lake). The time of day and year, passing boats, and the numerous water birds create an ever-changing backdrop, whose atmosphere defines the 1300 m² property.

From the breakfast table, the sofa, and of course from the terrace, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Kirchdorf harbor entrance and the island church.

Two bedrooms, a shower room, and a combined living room and kitchen are available on the ground floor. Garden furniture is provided.
