Separate WC (4 sqm) with washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
2nd floor: Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size), air conditioning and access to the balcony (7 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs, parasol). Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size), air conditioning and (7 sqm, parasol). Bathroom (6 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. with (4 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs).
