The entrance to your holiday flat is on the 1st floor and leads via an external staircase and the 9 sqm balcony directly into the kitchen-living room.
1st floor: Kitchen-living room (15 sqm) with seating area, TV, air conditioning, dining area (2 seats) and access to the balcony (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs, Hollywood swing). Kitchen in the kitchen-living room with air conditioning, gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (ceramic cooktop, 4 zones), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Separate WC (4 sqm) with 1 washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size), TV and air conditioning. Bathroom (6 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

House rules
The organisation of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted in the property.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.
