Description

Our holiday home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Neßmersiel. Here you'll find 95 square meters of space for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday.

There are three bedrooms in total. Two of them are furnished with double beds. The third bedroom has two single beds and a cot.

On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. A large dining table for six people completes this area. A high chair is also provided.

The spacious shower room is located on the ground floor, and there's a smaller second bathroom on the first floor.

From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace. There you'll find garden furniture, sunshades, and a comfortable beach chair. A handcart is available in the garden shed for your free use. NEW: Our terrace now features a 5x4 meter covered area with sunshades. This allows you to comfortably spend time outdoors in any weather.

A beach chair is available for our guests on the beach in Neßmersiel, which can be used free of charge. The beach chair is set up between April and September.
