The property consists of two independent villas, one of which is a historic residence dating back to the 18th century, set within a large private, fully fenced centuries-old park with centuries-old oak trees, umbrella pines and numerous fruit trees that provide shade, fragrances and picturesque views. At the centre of the property, between the two villas, there is a large private swimming pool with Roman steps and a ladder, surrounded by the greenery of the garden. The interiors of the two villas preserve the simple and authentic atmosphere of a country residence from another era, with antique furniture, original details and a retro style. The historic villa, in particular, retains the character of a lived-in historic residence and has not been renovated according to modern standards. Villa Tenuta Belgatto is an ideal solution for families and groups of friends who wish to spend a holiday together, with the entire estate at their disposal, in complete freedom and privacy. For convivial moments, the property offers a fully equipped barbecue area with a built-in barbecue, sink and wood-fired oven, perfect for barbecues and outdoor dinners to be enjoyed together on long summer evenings.
The property consists of two independent villas, one more recently built and one older, both arranged over two floors. The country house has a large and bright living room on the ground floor, with a fireplace, double sofa bed and TV area, as well as a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has direct access to the covered porch. The floor is completed by a bathroom with shower. From the living room, a wide staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom with bathtub and the other with access to a spacious terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. There is also an additional bathroom with shower on the same floor. A convenient and fully equipped laundry area is available in the basement. The second villa, the older one, retains the charm of its original structure. A few steps lead to the ground floor, where there is a large hallway and an elegant sitting room, with refined seating and a TV area. The first floor is the sleeping area, consisting of four double bedrooms, two of which offer beautiful sea views. The floor is completed by two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. All rooms are equipped with mosquito screens. Air conditioning is available in the two double bedrooms of the country house and in three double bedrooms of the historic villa. The property allows a maximum of two pets.

FANO
Fano is a lovely city situated on the Adria coast, in the region Marche, surrounded by green hills. It is one of the most famous beach destinations of the cost but at the same time it offers also art and culture. The beaches are a kilometres long and they change from stone to sand and vice versa. The two main beaches are "il Lido", close to the historic old part of the town, and "la Sassonia", more south.
TO VISIT
The historic part of Fano, the heart of the city, is a mixture between a medieval, renaissance, baroque and roman style, and so are its buildings, churches and squares:
THE ROMAN FANO: you will start your tour from the August Arc (Arco di Augusto), which is the symbol of the city. Then you will visit the old roman town walls (Muree Augustee), the archeological area of Sant'Agostinoand the civic museum which hosts finds from different ages.
THE MEDIEVAL MALATESTIANA FANO (Fano medioevale Malatestiana): You will have to visit: Porta Maggiore(one of the gates of the town), il Bastiano dei Nuti, the cathedral (Chiesa cattedrale dedicata all'Assunta) which is located along Via Arco d'Augusto, the podestà Palace a neoclassical building which hosts the theatre "Teatro della Fortuna", the grave of the family Malatesta, and last but not least the Palazzo Malatestiano.
THE RENAISSANCE FANO: a must is the church and loggia of St. Mike (La chiesa e la loggia di San Michele), the Martinozzi building, and the San Gallo bastion.
THE BAROQUE FANO: the Nolfi chapel (la Cappella dei Nolfi), the fountain "della fortuna" and the church of St. Peter (chiesa di San Pietro in Valle), which is one of the most beautiful buildings in le Marche.
