This corner house is situated in a quiet location in Zomerdorp "t Zwin," right next to the "t Zwin" nature reserve. This lovely holiday home is just a short walk from the dunes, the beach, and the cozy beach pavilion de Zeemeeuw, where you can enjoy dinner or a drink. With two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, this house can accommodate up to four people.

Furnishings: The living room is bright and modern, featuring a comfortable sofa and three stylish armchairs. Sliding doors lead to the sunny terrace. There is also a terrace with seating at the front of the house.

The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with various appliances, including a gas hob, a dishwasher, and a combination microwave/oven. On the ground floor, there is a luxurious bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.

An open staircase leads from the living room to the first floor. This floor comprises two spacious bedrooms and a second toilet with a sink. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds.

The house also has parking for one car. Bicycles can be stored in the garden.

This house can be rented by the week, with Saturday as the fixed handover day, and is only available for rent from July to September.
