Welcome to our lovingly furnished, approximately 46 m² two-room holiday apartment in the Passat Residence in Cuxhaven-Döse! Located just 150 meters from the beach and beach house, the apartment is situated on the raised ground floor and comfortably accommodates 2 to a maximum of 4 people. During the season, you have your own private beach chair on the sandy beach in Döse!

The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2025, newly furnished, and given a fresh, modern look with new flooring.

You have a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (200 x 200 cm) and direct access to the south-east-facing terrace. The terrace door and the living room window are equipped with sturdy insect screens, allowing you to ventilate the apartment without unwanted visitors.

The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2025, newly furnished, and features new flooring, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed (130 cm wide and 220 cm long when extended) and a dining area with four chairs. The fully equipped, integrated kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker, an additional Senseo coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are all included.

Wi-Fi is also included. A 50" LED Smart TV (internet-enabled) and a hi-fi system (internet radio, DAB+, FM radio, CD, MP3, Bluetooth, USB), as well as books and games, provide entertainment. You can store your valuables in the electronic guest safe.

The new bathroom with shower/toilet is modernly designed, and a hairdryer is provided. You are welcome to use the indoor swimming pool with natural light and the Finnish sauna free of charge.

You have a designated parking space in the parking garage. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the basement. A lawn with playground equipment for children is located directly in front of the building.

The rental office is just a few meters from the holiday complex. You will receive your house keys there upon arrival. We look forward to welcoming you to the Residenz Passat in Cuxhaven-Döse!
