For complete relaxation, the apartment boasts a private 18 m² heated swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and equipped with an outdoor shower. Barbecue enthusiasts will appreciate the spacious grill in the garden, ideal for preparing their own meals. Two shaded parking spaces are available, shared with the owners, who only use the upper floor of the house on weekends.

The interior of the 65 m² apartment is furnished in a traditional coastal style, adapted to modern needs. You enter through a beautiful arched stone doorway, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or playing a game of darts. From this room, you access the first bedroom, which features a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a fan – ideal for relaxing in a pleasant atmosphere.
