This modernly furnished apartment is a little piece of home for two people who are eager for a relaxing holiday and appreciate the proximity to the lake and Überlingen's historic old town.

Located on the first floor of the holiday home, the apartment faces the rear of the building and offers absolute peace and quiet for two people. The furnishings provide everything you need for a comfortable stay: a box-spring bed with a comfortable mattress, a wardrobe, a table with three chairs, a TV, and a separate bathroom with natural light that brings a breath of fresh air and a sense of well-being. Enjoy some time outdoors on the large balcony with a lake view (shared with two other apartments). So, get outside!

This is what vacation tastes like: The kitchenette offers plenty of space to whip up some light meals. A Senseo coffee machine is provided for preparing Germany's favorite beverage, and the kitchen is otherwise fully equipped.

Free parking is available along the street, and there is also a secure parking option for bicycles – in a double garage in front of the house.
