The apartment features a spacious living/sleeping area, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a shower room, and a 5-meter-long balcony (southwest-facing).

The living/sleeping area with access to the balcony is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), armchairs, wardrobes, and a large satellite TV with DVD player.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), wardrobes, and a satellite TV.

The fully equipped kitchen with access to the balcony includes a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a radio.

A large lawn behind the house invites you to sunbathe.

Barbecuing is permitted; charcoal is provided.

Wi-Fi is available upon request for €1.00 per night.
