Welcome to the “Holiday Home by the Palace Park,” an ideal retreat for families or groups seeking a relaxing stay in Berlin. Spanning 180 m², the holiday home offers modern comfort and space for up to 8 people.

Spacious Living and High-Quality Furnishings
The ground floor boasts a generous living room (30 m²) furnished with a comfortable seating area and a 75-inch smart TV. The bay window with a dining area provides ample space for up to 8 people, perfect for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: an induction cooktop, a convenient height oven, a refrigerator-freezer with three large freezer compartments, as well as a built-in washing machine and dishwasher make cooking and household chores simple and convenient.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m) and a sliding-door wardrobe. The ground floor bathroom is equipped with high-quality fixtures from Villeroy & Boch and Grohe, and features a shower, heated towel rail, and a radio for added comfort.

Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms: two with twin beds and walk-in closets, and the master bedroom with a double bed and a very spacious wardrobe. The second bathroom on the upper floor boasts a bathtub and shower.

Technical Features
The holiday home is equipped with state-of-the-art smart home technology: all rooms have satellite TV and Sonos speakers. Underfloor heating heats the entire house. Electric blinds and insect screens provide additional comfort and privacy.

Garden and Leisure
The house's large garden invites you to relax and barbecue. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the fresh air of the leafy Biesdorf district. Popular leisure destinations are also nearby: Berlin Zoo, the Gardens of the World with its exciting bobsleigh and cable car rides, the palace gardens, which are just a short walk away, and Lake Biesdorf, which is also easily accessible.
