Unfortunately, there is no elevator, so the apartment is only accessible via stairs.

Five skylights let natural light into the apartment, and two air conditioners keep it cool.

The large skylight in the living area offers a view of the sky.

The apartment can be darkened to ensure a restful sleep.

You can do your laundry and then dry it with the electric dryer.

The bedroom with a double box-spring bed has a separate entrance and can be closed off with French doors.

The loft area features another double box-spring bed.
