Description

A beautiful guesthouse has been created from an original Russian-style dacha after a complete renovation. Windows and doors on the ground floor lead from the living area to the terrace. The garden features a gazebo and a children's playground. Parking is available on the property. A wallbox for charging electric cars is also provided.

The ground floor comprises a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a dining area for up to six people, cable TV, a stereo system, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Wi-Fi is available. There are three bedrooms with double beds and one with a baby cot. Two bathrooms with showers and toilets are also located on this floor.

A modern wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is another bedroom.
