The first room we were assigned, the a/c was extremely loud. Loud enough we could hear it from down the hall before we even got to our room. I requested a different room and was told that I would have to wait until 4:30 to see what else was available. At 4:30, I went back to the front desk and was told to come back later because there were still no other rooms available. We had somewhere we had to be at 5:00. So, we had to load all of our stuff back in the car and leave. When I went back later, we were put in a different room and I spent over a half an hour running up and down the stairs to the front desk 3 times because the elevator was out of order and they were having issues getting the door card to work. Neither room was very clean (hair in the tub, pee on one of the toilet seats, dust covering the A/C return, etc.). Neither room had a mini fridge like it was supposed to. In both rooms, the humidity was so high that the floors and beds were damp. There was, what appeared to be, a homeless man hanging out in the parking lot in a lawn chair drinking beer. Which didn't give a great feeling of being in a safe area. And absolutely no type of apology, or concern, from the front desk for the issues. Definitely would NOT recommend!

Two of us rested well here,bed was firm without being hard, temperature control worked fine especially at night for better sleep after hours exploring around Orlando's tourist spots relatively close by motel location on International Drive corridor.

Affordable spot with a pool and parking close by. Worth it if you want to be near Universal Orlando without spending too much.

This property sits nicely off main roads offering quiet surroundings plus wifi held up well while working remotely from desk area most afternoons last week.
