Villa Mason is a stylish semi-detached villa in Rovinjsko Selo (Istria, Croatia), just 8 km from the charming Rovinj coast and 35 km from Pula.

The villa invites you to relax and offers a luxurious retreat with its private heated pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Villa Mason accommodates up to eight guests and features a private pool area with a bedroom and separate bathroom. This provides a quiet and independent space for those seeking more privacy while still being close to the main villa.

The heated pool is surrounded by a spacious garden, and a charcoal grill invites you to enjoy al fresco dining. Two parking spaces with an electric vehicle charging station provide added convenience.

The ground floor features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, which share a bathroom with a shower. One of the double bedrooms opens onto a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. A highlight of Villa Mason is the wellness area on the first floor. The whirlpool and sauna are accessible from the bathroom, providing a private retreat for relaxation.

The villa is equipped with three air conditioning units: one in the bedroom by the pool, one in the living room on the ground floor, and one on the first floor.

The villa's location allows you to easily explore the highlights of Istria. Beautiful beaches such as Balota (8.2 km), Cuvi (9.1 km), Mulini (9.2 km), and Cisterna (11.3 km) are just a short drive away. Nearby towns like Rovinj, Poreč, and Fažana offer restaurants, shopping, and cultural experiences. The E751 motorway and Pula Airport (33 km) make arrival easy and convenient.

Villa Mason is attached to its sister property, Villa Paradiso Piccolo, and shares only the main entrance gate. Guests of the neighboring villa must walk past your property to reach their private entrance and outdoor area.
