Villa Valtura is a spacious property in the village of Valtura, just 11 km from the historic city of Pula and 17 km from the charming coastal town of Fažana.

The villa combines modern comfort with Istrian charm and can accommodate up to 12 guests – an ideal retreat for families and groups.

The property features a private, heated swimming pool (50 m²) surrounded by a sun terrace with 12 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A barbecue area invites you to dine al fresco, and private parking ensures convenience throughout your stay.

For entertainment, there is a games room with billiards and darts.

Inside Villa Valtura, you will find six comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering privacy and comfort to every guest. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The living room, also with air conditioning and a TV, opens directly onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors.
