De Heikant Hoeve is a completely renovated so-called post-war crisis farm. This was built in 1946 and the former cow stable and hayloft have been converted by me in over 2 years into a fully-fledged apartment.
The apartment is equipped with all conveniences, such as many devices with remote control, and many other luxury amenities which guarantee a pleasant stay. There is also a super-fast wifi network available and, as a luxurious extra, the free use of a superior massage jacuzzi is offered, which, after an intensive cycling or hiking trip, is very relaxing.
The bedroom with authentic beamwork is equipped with a luxurious double Auping bed with pillows of various firmness. The living room, also with authentic beamwork, is equipped with a heat pump air conditioner which pleasantly heats in winter, and a Philips flat screen smart TV with Canal+ decoder, allowing access to many European channels. The smart TV is also suitable for Netflix.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, combination microwave, dishwasher, bean coffee machine, complete dinnerware and cutlery.
The shower features a spacious cabin with rain shower and washbasin.
The spacious luxury toilet is separate.

The location is in the outskirts of Baarle-Nassau and is situated in a partly agricultural and partly natural environment. There is very little traffic on the street and it mainly consists of agricultural service vehicles. Occasionally, there is sporadic agricultural night traffic depending on the season and the weather.
The location and surroundings are excellent for beautiful cycling and walking tours in a quiet and varied open and wooded area. Therefore, we have a wide range of brochures with cycling and walking routes.
Baarle-Nassau itself is a tourist hotspot that is known worldwide for its many Belgian and Dutch enclaves. The village has a lively center with many restaurants, terraces, charming shops, and supermarkets. The center of Baarle-Nassau is about a 10-minute bike ride from the Heikant Hoeve.
