Enjoy your vacation on the western Lake Constance in an exceptional holiday home, built in timber construction with interesting design details and high-quality furnishings. With the photovoltaic system integrated into the roof, you will be staying in a plus-energy house including charging facilities for e-car and e-bike directly at the house.
The living area opens generously with large glazing and a balcony to the south, offering a view of the Bodanrück ridge. A natural garden with a pond and fruit trees merges into an adjacent apple orchard.
You have your own parking space directly in front of the house.
An 11 kW charging station for your electric vehicle and outdoor sockets for e-bikes are available. You will receive a charging card from us.
(Charging electric cars will be billed additionally at 40 ct/kWh. E-bikes can be charged free of charge.)
Unfortunately, there are no lockable rooms available for storing bicycles. The holiday home is a non-smoking wooden house! The smoking ban also applies to the balcony.

In the surrounding area, you can reach many tourist highlights of the Lake Constance holiday region within a maximum of 30 minutes by car, such as Konstanz, Meersburg, Überlingen, the pile dwellings in Unteruhldingen, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, and the flower island of Mainau.
