Welcome to the website of the DTV-classified holiday apartment in the home of
Arthur & Erika Menzer
The holiday apartment is 70 sqm in size and consists of a living room with balcony and dining area, fitted kitchen with the usual electrical appliances, satellite TV/radio, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, bathroom/WC with glass shower, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. We provide you once with all linens for kitchen, table, bed, and bath.

The holiday apartment in the house of Arthur and Erika Menzer at the gateway to Lake Constance is the ideal starting point for your vacation. Lake Constance can be reached in a few minutes, and excursions to the Hegau, to Austria, or to Switzerland are also worthwhile. The mild climate at Lake Constance makes the region an attractive destination at any time of year. Directly from the house, you can take leisurely walks, varied excursions, relaxing hikes, and beautiful bike tours. The holiday apartment measures 70 m² and is located on the top floor of our single-family house in Stockach - Zizenhausen. Your parking space is directly in front of the front door. A secure, lockable storage facility is available for bicycles.

Please note: The local tourist tax will also be charged on site.

Everything Super

The flat is super clean and you will find everything you need. The location is quiet and
yet not far from the lake. The bakery and butcher are within walking distance. The hosts are extremely nice. We felt very comfortable and would gladly recommend the flat to others.
