Villa Leola is a modern and comfortable villa in the village of Ližnjan, only 10 km from the historic city of Pula. It accommodates up to 8+1 guests and features 4 stylish bedrooms and 4 bathrooms – ideal for families or groups of friends.
In a quiet location, only 2 km from the nearest beach, the villa offers a beautiful sea view and a heated infinity pool, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. The outdoor area invites you to relax with a private pool, barbecue facilities, and a dining table for meals outdoors.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. On the ground floor there is a living area with PlayStation 4 as well as a fully equipped kitchen with Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Also on this floor is a bedroom with direct access to the terrace and a separate bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have private balconies with magnificent sea views.
