Villa Leola is a modern and comfortable villa located in the village of Ližnjan, just 10 km from the historic city of Pula. Designed to accommodate up to 8+1 guests, the villa features 4 stylish bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends.

Set in a peaceful area only 2 km from the nearest beach, the villa offers a beautiful sea view and a heated infinity pool, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. The outdoor area is designed for enjoyment, with a private pool, BBQ facilities, and a dining table for al fresco meals.

The interior is fully air-conditioned, and all bedrooms are equipped with both air conditioning and a TV. On the ground floor, guests will find a living area with a PlayStation 4, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. This floor also includes one bedroom with direct access to the terrace and a separate bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor, there are three additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with a shower. Two of the bedrooms also have private balconies with lovely sea views.

The property offers four private parking spaces, and Pula Airport is conveniently located just 13.5 km away.
