Villa Ondina, surrounded by the island's lush greenery on the Le Sprizze promontory, is just steps from the sea, the small island of Paolina, Spartaia beach, and the Gulf of Procchio.

In a panoramic location with breathtaking views across the entire Gulf of Enfola, it is the ideal place for a perfect, relaxing, and luxurious holiday on the island of Elba. A pedestrian path leads to the small and secluded Le Sprizze beach.

The recently renovated villa is nestled in the shade of centuries-old pine trees and surrounded by Mediterranean scrubland. It extends over two levels.

Upstairs, you will find a large living room with sofas and a television, connected to a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There are also two spacious double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and a second bathroom with a shower. A small study, where you can work in complete peace and quiet if needed, and a service bathroom with a washing machine are also located on this level.

Large panoramic windows offer breathtaking views of the sea and vibrant sunsets.

On the lower floor, completely separate, are two additional double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

The grounds are well-maintained, and a large terrace overlooking the sea is furnished with a large wooden table and chairs for al fresco dining. A second outdoor dining area is located at the rear of the house and is accessible from the living room. A hot water shower is available in the garden.

The house and grounds are meticulously maintained, and the rooms and bedrooms are furnished with attention to detail and impeccable taste—a perfect place for an unforgettable holiday on the island of Elba.
