Villa Marija Klostar is a newly built, very comfortable, and beautifully furnished villa with a pool for 10 people in the village, just 8 km from Vrsar. The house is located on the edge of the village on its own fenced 1020m² property, with a private pool and olive grove. The ground floor features a large living area with a kitchen, a large dining table, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a separate WC with a washroom. From the living room, you can access the covered terrace, which includes a barbecue and seating area.

The house is fully air-conditioned and also features satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a safe. Villa Marija is surrounded by a lovely garden with a swimming pool.
