Newly built holiday home in a small village in central Istria. It offers guests peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The beautiful villa covers an area of 240 m² and has a 1550 m² garden. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom, and access to the terrace. The first floor has two further bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom, and a balcony. Each room is air-conditioned, and free Wi-Fi is available. The house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two separate toilets. It is surrounded by a beautiful, green garden with a large private swimming pool (heated in winter) with hydromassage, a covered dining area, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and private parking for four cars. The house also features fitness equipment and a treadmill.
