Description

Villa Qualia is a renovated family home in central Istria, in the small town of Srbinjak, 3 km from Tinjan. It comprises four bedrooms, all fully air-conditioned and equipped with TVs, and three bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a bathroom. The other two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are on the second floor, as is the terrace. The living room, kitchen, and guest toilet are on the ground floor, on the same level as the swimming pool and outdoor dining area. The private pool can be heated upon request.
