Not far from Tinjan, there is villa nona Nina located. In the small village of Srbinjak, in the heart of Istria. Away from the overcrowded coastal towns, this oasis of peace offers you a relaxing holiday. If you choose this Istrian villa, you will certainly not go wrong. It is located in a green, peaceful environment, ideal for relaxing days in nature.

Villa nona Nina on 140 m² offers a living room connected to a kitchen and dining room, three bedrooms, two equipped bathrooms and a separate toilet. Air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor pool of 32 m² with a furnished terrace and sunbathing area, as well as four parking spaces, will ensure comfort for all guests who stay here.

Three bedrooms contain spacious double beds - providing comfort for a larger group of visitors. The bathrooms are also spacious and fully equipped, with toilets, shower, bathtub, washing machine, hair dryer. One bathroom is on the ground floor, while the other bathroom and toilet are on the first floor of the villa. The modernly decorated living room is equipped with a comfortable corner sofa and a large television. In the same room, there is also a dining table for 6 people, which leads to the high-gloss open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances - oven, dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator.

From the ground floor, glass doors offer a view of the garden and landscaped grounds of the nona Nina villa and provide easy access to the terrace. The covered terrace is a real little outdoor home. A wooden table for 6 people is certainly the center of every gathering with your favorite company, and the outdoor summer kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals in the fresh air. You can also relax in the outdoor lounge area with a view of the pool. The outdoor pool of 32 m², with a paved sun deck, deckchairs and umbrella, is surrounded by a mowed lawn.

The spacious, fenced yard at your disposal is ideal for your children to play safely. In the garden you will find everything you need for an entertaining evening with a barbecue, as well as enough space for various sports activities or simply sunbathing on the lawn. Table tennis and badminton will entertain you, and in the shade, between the trees, there is a hammock.

This Istrian villa is a great option if you want to stay in a peaceful environment and plan day trips. The connection with the heart of Istria and the coast is excellent, so you can visit many sights while on vacation. The west coast of Istria is just a short car ride away. There are numerous beaches near Rovinj and Poreč at your disposal. You can even visit two aquaparks near the accommodation and taste fresh local food in authentic Istrian taverns.
