The contemporary Villa Lucia in Radosi is a newly built, modern luxury villa with a private pool and jacuzzi. It sits on a 3000m² plot, of which 600m² are landscaped and fenced, and offers 140m² of living space. The ground floor features a large living room with a corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a WC. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom opens onto a large terrace with a seating area, offering beautiful views of the pool and the sea. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, and one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. In the courtyard, there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and shower. A washing machine is located in a separate room.
