Beautiful Istrian stone villa with a private pool in central Istria. Villa Butterfly has three bedrooms and a beautifully landscaped garden with a swimming pool (26 m²). On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a living room with direct access to the covered terrace and pool. The first floor has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. The second floor features a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning is available in the living room and two of the bedrooms.
