Around the pool, eight sun loungers and a stylish, rounded lounge area invite you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean sun. The covered dining terrace with gas grill and wood/charcoal grill is ideal for sociable outdoor meals and is directly accessible from the high-quality, well-equipped kitchen.
A few steps lead you to another covered and comfortable lounge area, perfect for a relaxing morning coffee. A well-maintained lawn area with a table tennis table offers additional opportunities for leisure, play, and entertainment.
Living and kitchen area
On the ground floor at pool level, you will find a bright and inviting 32 m² living area with large glass fronts that flood the room with natural light and offer a wonderful view of the sea as well as the surrounding neighborhood. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, creating a relaxed atmosphere for lingering.
Directly adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen with 30 m2, which features high-quality appliances, including a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a Sage coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, as well as other modern kitchen appliances.
